According to this tweet, they shall be sending out codes today if you have signed up for the beta for CS:GO for more information on how to sign up head over to the official CS:GO forums to find out.
UPDATE They have launched the official website and have details on how you can get into the beta. Below will be the basics to the requirements:

We are also giving out additional keys to the top 500 players of CS:GO.
