Bigpoint has announced that a Game of Thrones MMO is currently development. The development duties will be shared with Artplant, who worked on Battlestar Galactica Online.
The game is going to be build with the Unity engine and will be browser based but no more details have been announced yet.
“George R R Martin’s acclaimed fantasy saga is set to besiege the public consciousness over the next few months – the second series of the HBO adaptation kicks off in the US in April, while an Atlus-published RPG is due out on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in May.”
One screenshot has been released so far.
