INVADER ZIM T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST WINNERS LAND UP AT WELOVEFINE.COM!

Los Angeles, CA, 06/18/12 — All of the ratings have been tabulated and it is time for the top rated artists to go forth and conquer!: The winners of the Invader Zim T-Shirt Design Contest have landed at WeLoveFine.com! The five prize winners and five honorable mentions cover a wide range of styles with one unifying theme: the irresistibly strange, outrageous and wonderful humor of Nickelodeon’s cartoon cult-hit! All ten winning designs will also be put into production, as the coolest new additions to WeLoveFine’s online hub of pop-culture lovers’ apparel! Men’s and women’s t-shirts of the designs retail for $25 each.

Launching on WeLoveFine.com in April, the Invader Zim design contest not only attracted a slew of talented entried, but perhaps one of the most impassioned fan bases of any of WeLoveFine.com‘s design contests to date. Fans of the zany adventures of tiny alien invader Zim and his sidekick GIR – a robot who dons a green dog suit in order to “blend in” while they plot to conquer Earth – have maintained a fervent community of followers on the internet and a great number of them pitched their creative talents into our competition, as well.  A ratings period followed which narrowed down the field to the resulting terrific group of finalists, and it is our pleasure to add the winning designs to our Invader Zim category. We have been tremendously lucky, too, to spread the word about the contest with two of the most dedicated Invader Zim fan groups, both of which did us the honor of also helping to choose our Judges’ Prizes! – thanks again to the administrators of Operation Head Pigeons (https://www.facebook.com/OperationHeadPigeons) and the organizers of InvaderCon (http://www.invadercon.com/) for teaming up!
