First FIFA 16 announcement reveals playable Women’s National Teams for series first

It’s that time of the year again that should surprise no one: FIFA 16 has been announced! With the announcement of the game, EA has confirmed that Women’s National Teams will be coming to the series for the first time.

Women’s National Teams will be supported in Match Day, Offline Tournament and Online Friendly Matches. The supported teams are as follows: Germany, USA, France, Sweden, England, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Spain, China, Italy and Mexico. It won’t be possible to have women vs. men matches.

FIFA 16 will be available in September for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
